Scott Mordell, CEO and Founder of Forrader Group LLC, has the experience and proven track record to develop winning strategies and improve organizational performance to grow and achieve the strategies.  Forrader Group works with leaders and their teams to develop clear direction from complicated situations and then align actions and stakeholders for success.  Forrader has particular expertise in strategic clarity, facilitating groups, business transformation, global business, all aspects of M&A, private & family business situations, and restructuring & alignment of both an organization and its many stakeholders with strategies.

Mr. Mordell has accumulated insights, workable processes and EQ during his 25+ year career.  He has succeeded in a wide variety of difficult business situations & industries through various roles of responsibility.  Mr. Mordell understands the perspectives of leadership, having served in Chairman, board member, CEO, President, Executive Vice President and Vice President Finance roles over the years.  He led 6 different businesses during previous experience with the multi-billion dollar Duchossois Group of companies, based in Chicago.  The private, family-owned organization includes the Chamberlain Group (a worldwide provider of access and convenience products for homes and businesses) and significant ownership of publicly traded Churchill Downs, Inc. (horse racing, gaming & entertainment).
